Learn More About Attorney Marsha Baucom

My legal career spans nearly three decades. As a family lawyer, I take pride in counseling and advocating for people facing some of life's biggest challenges. I earned my J.D. from Western State University and passed the California bar exam in 1987. In addition to my J.D., I have earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. As a result, I have gained substantial insight into the human condition. I have also gone through divorce, and understand the many different issues involved. My professional, educational and personal insight is critical in helping my clients accomplish their family law goals.

I opened the Law Office of Marsha Baucom in 1991. My law firm focuses solely on family matters. A large portion of my practice involves representing parents in child custody disputes. I am a strong proponent of using collaborative law to help my clients reach agreement and move on to the next stage of their lives on favorable terms. While collaborative law is not for everyone, it gives individuals a greater degree of control over how their issues are resolved. As your attorney, I will devote myself to providing skilled, cost-efficient legal representation at every point in your case.
